All international orders are made to order and typically completed within 2–3 weeks. Once ready, your piece is dispatched via fully tracked and insured delivery, with an estimated transit time of 3–7 working days depending on the destination.
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes set by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• Customers have 14 days to report faulty goods from the date of delivery.
• Personalised items, including engraved pieces, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Bespoke and special order pieces are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Resized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Eligible items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unworn, unused, and in their original, pristine condition.
• All returns must include the original tag, attached or provided with the item.
• All returned items are subject to inspection by our operations team prior to approval.
Processing typically takes 10–14 days from receipt.
Any diamond fallen out of the ring or lost will not be covered under our return policy and no replacement will be guaranteed. We strongly advise you to get the jewellery insured to protect yourself against such mishaps. Our advice to you is to inspect your item as soon as it arrives, and notify us for any defect or damage.
